Macrame with Alet van Wyk
What you’ll need:
- 4mm cotton twine (12 x 1meter)
- Keyring or metal ring (30-40mm)
- Scissors
- Comb
Cut 12 pieces of string, 1m each.
Fold each piece of string in half and hang on the ring with a lark’s knot.
Pair 4 pieces of string together and make a square knot.
Continue making 6 square knots around the ring.
Pair 2 pieces of string from each square knot and knot 2 square knots.
Carry on around the ring.
Pair 2 pieces of string from each square knot and knot square knot.
Cut string end short and unravel and comb out with a comb.
Hang on the tree.
