Mother’s Day Gift Ideas for Kids
It’s a fun craft for kids – boys and girls -, and you only need a few items, which can be alternated with something similar found in-store: shoelaces, packs of pony beads, and scissors and in case you want to make a keyring, you’ll need a metal key ring.
This is an ideal Mother’s Day gift for whenever your mom is happy or even feeling blue because it’s filled with love inside. For this special box-of-love project, you’ll need a small box: a cardboard jewellery box, a wedding-favour box or a non-glossy box from your recycling bin, paint and brushes, ribbon and a couple of your mom’s favourite memories. You could also include a personal letter, a poem and her preferred sweet treats.
Does she work from home or has a dedicated office at work? The kids could make their own art on small squared canvases with photos, quotes, sayings and more! Her heart will just melt every time she glances at her DIY wall art.
